Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities of all station maintenances
- Research and analyse competitors
- Manage company’s social media
- Develop training and employee development program
- Conduct and develop product according to Company strategies and standard
- Develop policy standards
- Develop marketing strategies
- Develop Business and Marketing Plan for the company
- Develop organization chart for R&D Department
- Develop comprehensive analysis (SWOT Analysis)
Qualifications
- Creativity and interested in research
- At least bachelor degree or master degree
- 04 years experienced in research and development field
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills
- Able to analyse and collate information.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office
- Trustworthiness and hard-working
